Public Engagement for Early Career Researchers
As greater emphasis is being placed on involving the public in research and sharing the benefits of research beyond academia, funding for this type of activity is still limited, especially in the arts, humanities and social sciences. However, a lack of funding should not dissuade people from engaging in this vital work. This interactive online seminar will use lecture style content, case studies from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø researchers and activities to explore how people can employ the three main methods of public engagement (inform, consult and collaborate) in a meaningful way, but on a ‘shoestring’ budget.ÌýFurther details
