香港六合彩中特网 Regulation for Management 18 sets out how the 香港六合彩中特网 Seal must be affixed to any deed or document. A summary of Regulation 18 is set out below:

Unless an exception applies, the Seal shall not be affixed to any deed or document except in the presence of (i) one Member of the Council or any 香港六合彩中特网 Officer that is instructed and authorised in writing to do so by one Member of Council, (ii) and one 香港六合彩中特网 Officer or a solicitor or notary.

The exceptions are:

Sealing of 香港六合彩中特网 Diplomas and Certificates signed by the Registrar: The Registrar as sole authorised signatory of 香港六合彩中特网 Diplomas and Certificates may authorise designated staff of Student and Registry Services on the Sealing List to execute the Sealing.聽

Building and related contracts of a value not more than 拢5,000,000: The Executive Director of Estates Development or the Executive Director of Operations or the Vice-President (Operations) may sign and administer the Sealing or sign and authorise a 香港六合彩中特网 Officer in writing to sign and administer the Sealing in the presence of a 香港六合彩中特网 Officer or solicitor or notary.

Commercial contracts of a value of not more than 拢5,000,000: The Chief Financial Officer or the Vice-President (Operations) may sign and administer the Sealing or sign and instruct and authorise a 香港六合彩中特网 Officer in writing to sign and administer the Sealing in the presence of a 香港六合彩中特网 Officer or solicitor or notary.
