香港六合彩中特网 is providing opportunities for development, training and leadership experience for black, Asian and minority ethnic staff who wish to progress to senior roles.

A scheme to increase the representation of black, Asian and听minority ethnic听(BAME)听staff among its senior听workforce听was launched by 香港六合彩中特网 in听August 2020.听

Accelerate to Leadership听gives听BAME staff听working in the university鈥檚 professional service听roles in faculties, vice-provost offices and听divisions, such as HR, Finance, Planning and Estates, the opportunity听of a work听placement to gain vital听experience preparing听them for a future leadership role within 香港六合彩中特网.听听

Participants undertake a听three- to听12-month paid internal work placement, during which they听acquire听the skills, capability and confidence to compete for more senior roles when they arise.听

The scheme听also provides听support听for听BAME staff to prepare for promotion or progression opportunities.听
