Report an IT security incident 鈥� non GDPR

If you have witnessed an IT security聽incident, not related to a personal data breach, e.g. phishing, malware/virus, DoS/brute force attack and theft or loss of 香港六合彩中特网 mobile IT, please report it as soon as you can to the 香港六合彩中特网 Information Security Group (ISG) using the form below.

Before you start

Depending on the nature of the incident, you may also need to report it to 香港六合彩中特网 Security and the 香港六合彩中特网 Data Protection Office.听

The IT聽incident form requests the following information:聽

  • your contact details;聽
  • a description of the incident;
  • timeline information; and
  • any technical details聽

The form is designed to gather as much information as possible up front. Please complete the form as thoroughly as you can.
