We are thrilled to announce the latest additions to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Springpod Subject Spotlights series, this time featuring insights into the and languages and cultures. Guided by the expertise of Ramona Gonczol from SSEES and Dr Jeff Bowersox from SELCS, these free online courses provide a ‘try before you apply’ approach, tailored especially for secondary school students keen to explore the diverse languages and cultures available at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø.

Ramona Gonczol, Associate Professor (Teaching) at SSEES leads the way as the face of the Romanian Springpod Subject Spotlight. She commented:

"I hope prospective students will feel confident to study a language at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø and take advantage of the great resources we have here."

The two language Spotlights demonstrate the range of languages available at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø, providing insight into what students might expect from undertaking an Area Studies degree in language(s) and culture, along with the exciting career prospects that lie ahead.
