Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø launches new Fellowships supporting academics displaced by the conflict in Ukraine

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø has launched an Academic Sanctuary Fellowship Scheme to support academics being displaced as a result of the crisis in Ukraine following the invasion by the Russian Federation.

On 17 March Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø announced plans for the Academic Sanctuary Fellowship Scheme, as well asÌýÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø's Ukraine Response Fund which is providing much-needed financial support for all of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø’s response initiatives.Ìý

To deliver the scheme, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø will work in partnership with the Council for At-Risk Academics (Cara), with whom the university has a longstanding partnership, to maximise the support.
