A broadband fluorine observe (BBFO) double resonance probe听designed for X-nuclei observation with 1H decoupling and for 1H observation is used on a permanent basis since July 2022. The X-nuclei broadband frequency听range covers听97Mo-31P and additionally includes听19F (i.e. 1H observation with 19F decoupling and vice versa are听possible).
The sensitivity specifications are:听
1H听 161 : 1 (noise [200 Hz], 0.1% Ethylbenzene in CDCl3);
13C 100听: 1 (noise [40 ppm], ASTM, 40% dioxane, 60% C6D6);
15N听 19 : 1 (noise [2 ppm], 90% formamide in DMSO-d6);
19F听 344 : 1 (noise [1听ppm], 0.05% TFT听in CDCl3);
听31P 120 : 1 (noise听[5 ppm], 0.0485 M Triphenyl Phosphate (TPP) in acetone-d6).
The 300 MHz instrument is equipped with a BACS60 sample changer.听
