Professor Alice Sullivan (IOE, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø's Faculty of Education and Society) explains that children who read extensively made more progress with vocabulary than those who didn’t, and it was a more important predictor in their progress than having a parent with a degree.
