Trying new things can boost mood and dispel 'habituation'

Many of us grow tired of our daily routines because of a phenomenon known as habituation, according to Professor Tali Sharot (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Psychology & Language Sciences), who adds: "We need to make room for the new and unexpected, so our brain filters out the old and expected."
