Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø

In July 2023, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø began a procurement process to determine the best approach for providing merchandise. This involved reviewing our existing suppliers and opening a tender process to search for new ones.Ìý

We conducted an in-depth review of merchandise, and considered feedback from students and departments, along with looking at brand alignment and product aspirations. A key stakeholder group was formed, which included colleagues from a range of departments and functions including Brand, Digital, VPEE, OVPA, MAPS, SHS, the Students’ Union, Campus Experience and Commercial & Procurement. The group has helped guide the various stages of our commercial tender.

Following extensive consultation and the conclusion of the tender, we are making several key changes to our merchandise order process as outlined below:

• We will cease to use Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø’s existing merchandise supplier, Allwag, as of Friday 31 May 2024. The Allwag website will no longer accept merchandise orders from this date.
• Furthermore, we are pleased to announce two new suppliers for Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø merchandise, the first of which is Streamline Corporate Ltd, who will be providing Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø merchandise from mid-June 2024. Our second supplier will be announced in the next few months.
• The Students’ Union will manage all Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø’s merchandise from June 2024. Further information on our new ordering website will be coming in the next fortnight.

If you have recently put in an order with Allwag for merchandise, please be reassured that this order will be fulfilled. You do not need to make an additional or replacement order with Streamline.
