Student Support and Wellbeing have launched Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍøcares, a new online platform to help you look after yourself and others while at university.

The platform is based on the NHS ‘five ways to wellbeing’, which are positive messages aimed at maintaining and improving mental health and wellbeing.

Taking small steps and making healthier lifestyle choices can have a big difference on day-to-day life,Ìýhelping you to reach your full potential.

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍøcares has lots of top tips and articlesÌý– written by studentsÌý– to help you find balance between your studies and wellbeing. Alongside articles, there are videos and information on upcoming wellbeing-related events.
