Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Work-Life Balance Policy: 26-week qualifying period for eligibility to request flexible working removed

Flexible working is a way of working that suits an employee's needs, e.

Previously, all employees with at least 26 weeks' continuous service were eligible to request flexible working. However, following feedback from colleagues and in the spirit of wellbeing, the 26-week qualifying period has now been removed - the right to request flexible working will now be a day one right.Ìý
