Introduction
Dr Judith Tobin is both a Macmillan GP and a Dementia Friends Champion. As a Dementia Friend Champion, Judith will present an interactive session describing 5 simple actions that can make our community more dementia friendly. If you are caring for someone with dementia or would like to find out more about how we can help and understand people with dementia - please join us on 12th September.
