This term the Chaplain & Interfaith Advisor and the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍøU Mindfulness SocietyÌýare running Monday Museum Meditation sessions.

From 25 April, these sessions will take place every Monday (except the Bank Holidays when Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø is closed) from 12:15-12:45pm in the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Art Museum.

Each week will consist of a short meditation practice and anyone isÌýwelcome to attend;Ìýwhether you are aÌýbeginner to meditation, have an established practice or simply want to have some time for quiet and reflection during the stressful exam term.

Mindfulness meditation uses breathing and movement techniques to help you to become more aware of thoughts, emotions and sensations and subsequently help you manage stress and pressure in everyday life.

For more information about these sessions, please contact the Chaplain, Charlotte Bradley.
