Having trouble sleeping? Would you like to sleep better?

The Oxford Access for Students Improving Sleep (OASIS) study, conducted in collaboration with Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø,Ìýoffers an effective state of the artÌýsleep improvement programmeÌýto all students who take part.

Having trouble sleeping? Would you like to sleep better? ÌýÌý

The study involves a 6 week online course and participants will be asked to keep a sleep diary.ÌýÌýIn addition, participants will be required to complete online assessments.ÌýÌýThere are no face to face appointments.ÌýÌý

Researchers are keen to discover if improving students' sleep also improves their emotional wellbeing.

The OASIS study is run by Oxford University's world-leading Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute. The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø lead for the study is John Cape.
