New Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Core Behaviours Framework for all staff

The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø HR Organisational Development team has recently created a new 'Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Core Behaviours Framework' for use by all staff.


Devised as part of our ongoing commitment to your personal and professional development, it is designed to help you (and your team members) identify and develop those core behaviours most appropriate to your current and future career aspirations.

In addition to helping you (and your team) to achieve your goals it will also assist Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø to achieve its vision and values as outlined in the 2011-2021 Council White Paper.

In addition to the Framework, an overview document is also provided, as are Guidance Notes for Line Managers and for Team Members. These can be accessed at:

The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Core Behaviours Framework replaces the 2008 Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Core Management Competencies, which have now been withdrawn.
