Call for postgraduate student volunteer: website testing

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Communications is conducting a review of some key Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø websites to assess how easily people can access information in the formats that meets their needs.

People using Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø website The findings will inform future web development and best practice guidance for website owners across the university.

For part of the review, we are looking for a postgraduate student (Master's or PhD) whose first language is NOT English to help us test the sites. We actively welcome a volunteer who has dyslexia or who uses some form of assistance to access websites (e.g. a screen reader). The volunteer's contribution will be kept confidential by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø and the organisation helping us to undertake the review.

The volunteer would need to be available to come to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Communications on Upper Woburn Place for one hour on Tuesday 13 September. No prior preparation is required.

The volunteer's contribution will be kept confidential by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø and the organisation helping us to undertake the review. Please contact Lara Carim or Nick Dawe if you are interested in participating.
