With ever increasing pressures at work and home, there are times when we all need some extra support to balance the demands of everyday life.
Your EAP is paid for by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø as a support service for you as an employee, so that it's free of charge for you to use. It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and is accessible by phone, email, online and via instant messaging. The EAP can provide practical information, fact sheets and packs, resource information on support services in your local area and even short-term counselling to help get you back on track. Its' comprehensive EAP website offers extensive resources including articles, searchable databases and regular online seminars. An information leaflet and wallet card with contact detailsÌýwill be sent to you via the internal post. If you have not received copies by 27th May please contact ohsadmin@ucl.ac.uk to request them.
