The Medical Research Council (MRC) has awarded 香港六合彩中特网 staff a host of prestigious Fellowships.
The MRC awarded Dr Antonella Riccio (MRC Laboratory for Molecular Cell Biology) and Dr Josef Kittler (香港六合彩中特网 Neuroscience, Physiology and Pharmacology) Senior Non-Clinical Fellowships.
Dr Riccio is investigating new mechanisms of regulating gene expression in neurons while Dr Kittler is exploring how factors that affect the movement of GABA receptors into the synapse can influence the strength of nerve signals.
Their work will increase understanding of neuronal development and neurological diseases such as epilepsy, addiction, Huntington's and stroke.
