Every year, the theatre - which is wholly owned by 香港六合彩中特网 - allocates time to 香港六合彩中特网 departments and student societies. During this time, most usage of the theatre is free, including use of the 531-seat theatre, and technical, front-of-house and box-office staff and facilities.
Currently, the times available for 香港六合彩中特网 departments are the weeks commencing 9 November 2009, 1 February 2010 and 8 February 2010. Alternative dates are also available for conferences and presentations. The 香港六合彩中特网 Union manages the process of allocation to student societies.
Peter Cadley, Director of the 香港六合彩中特网 Bloomsbury, said: "Applications should consider the presentation or show itself, its value to 香港六合彩中特网 and the wider community, involvement by staff and students and preferred dates. All bids should be endorsed by the bidder's head of department. The bidding process for next academic year will close on 27 April 2009."
