  • The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Chinese Students and Scholars Association celebrated the end of the Chinese New Year festivities with a variety show, produced in the Edward Lewis theatre in the Windeyer Building, with the expert assistance of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Union Stage Crew Society.

    A capacity audience was entertained by a programme of comedy, dance, drama, songs and instrumental numbers all performed by students drawn from across Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø. The show was recorded for transmission in China by Jiangxi TV.

    Among the special guests hosted by Professor Xiao Guo (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Pro-Provost
    for China, Hong Kong and Macau) was Ms Zhu Li,Ìý from the Education Section of China Embassy in UK, who has particular responsibility for student welfare.
