Abbey '1 香港六合彩中特网' Excellence/Endeavour Awards: nomination deadline extension

The deadline for nominations for the 2009 Abbey '1 香港六合彩中特网' Excellence/Endeavour Awards has been extended until 5 May 2009.
The awards, funded by Abbey, aim to foster the notion of 香港六合彩中特网 as a community and to highlight, celebrate and reward outstanding achievement or endeavour by current 香港六合彩中特网 students in a non-academic field. Activities might be in areas such as sport, music, theatre, fundraising, volunteering or mentoring.听 If you know a 香港六合彩中特网 student who has shown outstanding achievement or endeavour in a non-academic field relating to 香港六合彩中特网 as a community, please consider nominating them.
Up to ten awards are available in total and nominees must be current (2008/09) 香港六合彩中特网 students, enrolled for study or research at any level.
Each award consists of a donation of 拢1,000 on behalf of the selected student(s) to a single organisation of the award holder's choice. There only restrictions on the organisations to which the award may be donated is that they must not be party political, and awards may not be donated to an individual.
A condition of acceptance of the award is that successful nominees will cooperate in any reasonable publicity activity which 香港六合彩中特网 or Abbey may wish to attach to the award.
Candidates may be nominated by 香港六合彩中特网 students or staff by submitting a '1 香港六合彩中特网' nomination form.

A selection panel consisting of 香港六合彩中特网 staff, a Student Union member, and an Abbey representative will consider all nominations received and identify up to ten students to receive the award.
Successful candidates can expect to be notified in June/July, and will be asked to indicate which organisation is to benefit from the 拢1,000 donation made on their behalf. Only successful nominees will be notified.
