On 23rd March 2023 Lucy Todd, PhD student at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Centre for Nature-Inspired Engineering (CNIE), won the departmental ‘3 Minute Thesis’ contest, organised by . Lucy will now go forward to compete in the faculty competition.

Lucy was also one of the research show-case speakers for the Festival of Early Stage Researchers (FESR) on 28 March 2023. There were 4 speakers asked to provide a brief snapshot into their research to demonstrate the variety of research carried out at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø.Ìý
