Description

In this module you will cover a smorgasbord of subjects relating to perioperative medicine which stand alone as individual concepts and do not fit in to other chapters of the perioperative medicine masters programme. By completing this module, you will gain an understanding of big data, ethics and informed consent, surgery schools, economic evaluations in healthcare and communication between healthcare professionals, patients and relatives surrounding end-of-life care.
