This module provides students with in-depth concepts and theories of leadership as well as an opportunity to evaluate and develop their abilities to be effective leaders in the workplace. One of the premises of this module is that leaders who understand themselves well and continue to develop their leadership abilities throughout their lifetime will be more effective leaders. Students will learn how to transfer and apply the material in this course to 鈥渞eal life鈥 leadership experiences.
The module is delivered through weekly sessions which include a mix of lecture, class discussion, activities and exercises, and case analyses.
