Description
Building on topics introduced in the Research in Practice module in year 1, this module provides students with a defined opportunity to frame and articulate the thesis and planning of their substantive lab based research project within the contextual real world imperative of grant making applications, literature review, and consideration of the paradigms of contemporary experimental design and the frameworks which receive and adjudicate proposals. Learning is primarily independent study under distance based online guidance from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø/IoO supervisors, and the module encourages students to consider a range of insights and inputs acquired through the context of their placement activity, as well as independent reading and research.
