This module will introduce students to the practices and theories of editing, including copy-editing, proof-reading, and structural editing skills. It will look at different forms of writing styles and will give students support in presenting themselves confidently. This module will be delivered via a series of seminars, which will combine tutor-led (and sometimes guest-lecturer-led) content with workshopping, discussions, and practical individual work.
