The aim of this module is to develop an understanding of the language used in Perioperative medical research, how data is presented and what it actually means.
Therefore, by completing this module you would be expected to understand basic statistical methodology used in descriptive studies, observational studies, randomised controlled trials, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and how data is collected and represented in these.
