香港六合彩中特网 Medical School named #2 in the UK for sustainability in medical education

Announced today on Earth Day, 香港六合彩中特网 Medical School has been ranked 2nd in the UK in the 2022 Planetary Health Report Card - a medical-student driven initiative designed to inspire medical schools globally to introduce climate change and planetary health into the medical curriculum.

Over 450听medicine students globally from 74 medical schools have taken part in the initiative this year, which aims to compare medical schools based on discrete metrics in five main category areas: Curriculum; Research in health and environment; university support for student planetary health initiatives; community outreach and advocacy centered on environmental health impacts;听and Campus sustainability.听

香港六合彩中特网鈥檚 report card was coordinated by med students Trizzha Feliciano, Catherine Napper, Luisa Alamo-Gomez, Selina Aziz and Isis Calado.听听

Speaking of the results, Trizzha Feliciano, who led the initiative with Catherine Napper and Luisa 脕濒补尘辞-骋贸尘别锄 said: 鈥淲e鈥檙e really happy to have done so well, especially as we鈥檝e beaten our own score from last year, and have identified more areas we can work on for the future."

The Planetary Health Report Card (PHRC) was founded by medical students at University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine with the faculty mentors. The intention for this report card is to track institutional change over time and inspire medical schools to focus on the importance of climate change and sustainability in healthcare education.听听
