Sexual Harrassment

Student Union Advice Service
The Student Union also offers an Advice Service which can offer advice regarding:
- Academic issues - including听extenuating circumstances, plagiarism听and听complaints
- Housing - including contract checks and听housemate听disputes
- Employment - including unpaid wages and part time听employment听contracts
- Many other legal and听university听matters

Departmental Mentors
We recognise that female PhD students are in the minority in our department, so Prof. Karen Page and Dr. Nadia Sidorova act as mentors to these students. They can be contacted any time for informal discussions as well as running occasional events.听
