  1. Will of Cuthbert Parkinson merchant of Watling Street London proved 04/04/1771. In the will he disposed of specific property in Liverpool to his cousin Thomas Bootham [or Beetham] and placed the rest of his property in trust to pay an annuity of 拢100 p.a. to the widow of his brother John Parkinson and 拢2500 each to his nieces Mary and Sarah Parkinson and 拢1500 to his nephew Thomas Parkinson. The will is silent on mortgage or other property in Jamaica. His residuary heir was his nephew John Parkinson.
