The BBC Radio 4 show was presented by lawyer Harry Potter, who discussed morality and the law.
Professor Philip Schofield, Professor of the History of Legal and Political Thought at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Laws and Head of Department at The Bentham Project, was featured on BBC Radio 4 yesterday.
Professor Schofield explains Jeremy Bentham's concepts, which promised the greatest happiness for the greatest number of people, as part of a discussion on whether the law should enforce morals.
