Technical Support for Evening Course Students

Technical Support for New Students

In order to complete your registration for your Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø computer User ID, and set a password via Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø MyAccount, you will need to contact Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø IT Services via the ISD Chat Facility 

Returning Students

Existing students may need to reset their passwords if they are experiencing account issues. 

Getting a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø ID Card

Attending a course on campus means you must get an ID Card. Check here for information about how to do so.

Accessing Teams Courses

Some tutors prefer to teach using MS Teams. You can join the class using the instructions here.

Accessing your Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Zoom Account

If you take Zoom classes you will need a Zoom account. You can log in using your personal Zoom account, or using your Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø account. Instructions about how to do so are here.

Logging in to Moodle

Moodle is the learning platform Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø uses. There you will find materials from your classes as well as Zoom links to online classes.
