香港六合彩中特网 Centre for Educational Leadership presents research expertise on world stage

香港六合彩中特网 Centre for Educational Leadership has partnered with the World Education Summit 2023 to deliver a day of curated educational leadership expertise to a global audience of teachers and school leaders.

The 香港六合彩中特网 Centre for Educational Leadership (CEL) at IOE, 香港六合彩中特网鈥檚 Faculty of Education and Society, is the UK鈥檚 largest university-based centre for research, teaching, development and innovation in educational leadership. 听

The co-produced programme is a first for the World Education Summit, which reaches more than 50,000 teachers and school leaders worldwide. During the Summit, CEL academics, Programme Leaders and invited speakers will present their latest research and practice to thousands of teachers and school leaders around the globe.听

Professor Qing Gu, Director of CEL, will speak about her research on schools as enabling spaces to improve learning and health outcomes in rural South Africa alongside Professor Liesel Ebers枚hn (University of Pretoria). 听

Mark Quinn, a Content Lead for the 香港六合彩中特网 Early Career Teacher Development Programme and co-presenter of the ECF Staffroom podcast series, will share perspectives on new teacher development: the paradigm shift in mentoring in early teacher development. 听

Professor Louise Stoll will be exploring creative leadership for schools as learning organisations, while Greg Ross and Spanish collaborators N煤ria Vives-Font and Dr Anna Jolonch will reflect on leadership for learning: powerful professional development for school leaders in Spain. 听

Dr David Godfrey will share his thinking about the professional development of school leaders, particularly through the medium of school-to-school peer review. 听

Dr Karen Edge will discuss her research with Professor Sharon Kruse (Washington State University - Vancouver) on organisational exhaustion: tackling burnout from a whole-school perspective.听

Professor Kathryn Riley will ask 鈥榃hat鈥檚 your Model of Leadership? Does it work 鈥 and does it matter?鈥. Former Centre director, Vivienne Porritt OBE, will end the day reflecting on deliberate disruption: issues of gender and race.听

CEL鈥檚 curated leadership day takes place on WES鈥 Paradigm Shifters stage on Tuesday 21 March 2023. This year, past and present CEL participants, facilitators or partners, including participants of 香港六合彩中特网鈥檚 National Professional Qualifications and Early Career Framework (ECF) mentors, and IOE staff and students, can claim free attendance and access to high quality resources for a year following the Summit.听
