Centre for Teachers and Teaching Research

The charity SINCE 9/11 aims to equip teachers with the resources to educate their students on the events, causes, and consequences of terrorist attacks, and to promote tolerance and respect for all faiths and religions.

The Centre for Teachers and Teaching Research are working with SINCE 9/11 to discover what support schools and teachers require to take up the challenge of addressing extremism.

This webinar includes speakers and a live Q&A, and will be of interest to secondary school teachers and their pupils.

The panel of speakers will lead with the theme ‘Why is 9/11 relevant today?’ to safely explore issues related to extremism, enabling teachers and pupils to continue this conversation in the classroom.
