Ensuring equitable access to and experiences of parental and associated leaves at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø

This project aims to examine the uptake of various forms of leave available to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø staff with care responsibilities for children.

This project is being conducted by the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Human Resources teams and researchers in the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Social Research Institute (SRI) and will run from October 2022 to September 2023 and is funded by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Grand Challenges.Ìý

Methodology

This is a mixed methods study: reviewing employee data of the take-up of leave; a survey of colleagues who have taken parental leave in the last five years; and qualitative interviews of those who have taken and those who have facilitated parental leave.Ìý
