  • To collaborate with partners in Indigenous peoples鈥 communities, nations, organisations and networks (as appropriate) to co-produce the research.
  • To work on developing publications from their doctoral research and/or a post-doctoral project, with the help of their IAS mentor.

We are looking to appoint two Research Fellows who can demonstrate research-based knowledge of languages, ideas and/or practices of Indigenous peoples anywhere. We welcome applications from scholars who self-identify as Indigenous people and who have published in languages other than English. The contested term 鈥淚ndigenous鈥 is used here as a shorthand for the variety of terms preferred in different regions: first peoples, aboriginal peoples, First Nations, Native Americans, pueblos originarios and others elsewhere.
