Report + Support: Duty of Care Guidance

Overview

Where a report is received by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø through the Report and Support Tool, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø will ordinarily only carry out an investigation or make a report of the complaint to an external third party with your consent. However, there are certain circumstances when Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø may need to investigate or make an external report even if you do not consent. Details of the most likely circumstances are set out below. TheÌýlist included in the link belowÌýis not intended to be exhaustive and the actions taken by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø will depend on the specific circumstances of each case.
