Mental Health Awareness Week | Your Working Ways – Reset campaign 15 - 25 May

As part of the 'Your Working Ways – Reset' Campaign, we are now into the mental health awareness stage, in line with Mental Health Awareness Week.

Your Working Ways – Reset

This year’s theme for is ‘anxiety’, and Workplace Health works to support the health and wellbeing of staff and PhD students.

Anxiety is a common emotion in us, and is that we can face.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, free events will be hosted, that actively work to reduce stress and anxiety by providing you with the tools to effect change within your own lives, and we encourage all to attend.
