AFRAB research workshops at the Institute of Ethiopian Studies, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, 14 June 2024

Alexander Meckelburg and the Ethiopian team of researchers have continued to collect and analyse sources containing the anti-slavery arguments of different Ethiopian authors active in the 19^th and 20^th centuries. This material is being prepared for inclusion in the exhibition 鈥淓thiopian Voices Against Slavery鈥�. In mid-June 2024 internal project workshops and meetings were held at the Institute of Ethiopian Studies to share work in progress and decide on the next steps.
