Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA)
If you are seeking information about yourself then the DPA will apply and you should make a subject access request. If the information you are seeking relates to a public authority (in this case Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø), then the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) will apply.
Requests for personal information is absolutely exempt under the FOIA.

Exempted Information
As with the FOI Act, the DPA is subject to a number of exemptions. These include, confidential references provided by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø, examination scripts and research data. If an exemption applies to the information you have requested you will be informed in writing.
