聽has posted her new article entitled 鈥楨xtraterritoriality and Territorial Extension in EU Law鈥� on聽.聽The article will be published in the聽in early 2014.聽This examination of the topic of extraterritoriality was motivated by the decision of the EU to include aviation in its emissions trading scheme.
