ID cards
ID Cards are a vital part of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø's security provision and we ask that you keep this safe. Please carry it with you at all times while on Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø premises. Your Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø identity card serves many purposes. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø ID cards also provide:
- access to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø buildings, including Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø's libraries.

How do I get a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø ID card?
You will need to show one form of personal photo identification such as a Passport, Drivers licence, BRP or EU ID card. Please note we will NOT accept photocopies or digital copies. Your photograph for your Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø ID card will be taken at the desk.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø returning students
 Bloomsbury Campus:
- ID cards are given to returning students by appointment in the Andrew Huxley building, Monday - Friday from 8am-5.45pm.
 Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø East:
- ID cards are issued to returning students from reception at the Marshgate building in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø East seven days a week.
No appointment is needed at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø East.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Staff and contractors
 Bloomsbury Campus:
- ID cards are given to staff by appointment in the Andrew Huxley building, Monday - Friday from 8am-5.45pm.
 Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø East:
- Security passes are issued from reception at the Marshgate building in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø East seven days a week.
