The Royal Academy of Engineering has announced a new cohort of Research Chairs and Senior Research Fellowships, including Dr Matthew Ritchie as Royal Academy of Engineering Senior Research Fellow in Intelligent Multi-Function RF Systems.

The Research Chairs and Senior Research Fellowships programme at the Academy of Engineering strengthens the connection between academia and businesses.

Professor M谩ire O'Neill听OBE FREng, Chair of the Academy鈥檚 Research Committee, said:

The highly regarded five-year positions are jointly sponsored by an industrial partner. Recipients of these awards will spearhead the formation of world-leading research groups within their respective engineering disciplines.听Dr听Ritchie said he was delighted to hear the news.
