About the project

Creating Aspirations is a year long participatory project run by Maja Neske and Sara Rayment, students on the Museums and Galleries in Education MA at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø, with George Mitchell Primary School. It is part of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø East schools programme managed by Emma Bryant, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Culture.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, a virtual Grant Museum Takeover is replacing the real one originally planned for April 2020, this is the culmination of the year’s work. The pupils, aged 9-10, from Year 5 Yew class, wroteÌýa trail with 13 objects. This became a virtual tour of the museum.
