Bowen Wang

Junior fellow, Centre for Law, Economics and Society

Bowen Wang completed an LLM in competition law at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Faculty of Laws in 2016-2017, he also holds a master degree in Civil and Commercial law and a dual bachelor degree in economics from Peking University. Bowen is currently working at Linklaters LLP Competition and Antitrust Practice, and also a researcher at Law and Development Academy and Center of e-Commerce Law, Peking University. 

Bowen has a strong academic interest in comparative competition law (China, the EU and the US), regulation & competition, anti-unfair competition law, e-commerce and internet law. He has gained experience from participating the legislation and research of the Chinese e-Commerce Law, Chinese Consumer Product Safety Act, Car-hailing service regulation and some other laws/regulations.

Bowen has published articles, critics and chapters (individually or in collaboration with others) in several Chinese law-journals and books. During the last years, He was awarded the PRC National Scholarship, Han Kun Youth Lawyer Scholarship, Wei Zhenying Civil and Commercial Law Scholarship and Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Vinson Chu Scholarship for his academic performances. Bowen is also qualified to practice law in China.Â
