        MSc Students

        As part of the 香港六合彩中特网 Genetics Institute's听MSc in Genetics of Human Disease, students are required to complete a project consisting of an original piece of research. The Functional Gene Annotation Team offer bioinformatics-based projects that provide MSc and iBSc students with experience in a variety of bioinformatic resources. In addition, the students contribute valuable GO annotations.

          Highlights

          Ruth Lovering Resignation

          Although I resigned at the end of August 2023, I am听still working through the GO annotations that need to be revised (due to a change in the GO Consortium guidelines). In addition, I have听been invited to provide a few lectures at 香港六合彩中特网 and I have a few papers to complete. Thank you again to the British Heart Foundation, Alzheimer Research UK and Parkinson's UK for their funding and thank you to all of the scientists and members of the GO consortium that have collaborated with the Functional Annotation team.听Most importantly, thank you to all the biocurators who joined the team, you were a pleasure to work with and made an amazing impact on the GO annotation of听human gene products.
