MRC Proximity to Discovery, call for Early Career Researchers

22 September 2016

Applications are now invited for internal shortlisting for Early Career Researchers; Knowledge Transfer Secondment Awards. Participants will have an opportunity to second into companies, social enterprises, charities and other non-academic organisations.

Funded through the MRC Proximity to Discovery (PtD) award to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø, the Industrial Partnerships Group (TRO) is offering members of Early career research the opportunity to second into companies, social enterprises, charities and other non-academic organisations to form links and promote knowledge transfer and build long term research partnerships. This opportunity has been created as part of our mission to become a leader in collaboration with external enterprises and the wider life sciences community, both in London and beyond. It is important that Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø plays a key role in the growth of these communities so that we can promote a joined up and globally distinctive life sciences offering, ensure close working relationships, and promote joint working opportunities.

If you are interested please contact Lorna Ravenhill (l.ravenhill@ucl.ac.uk) from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Translational Research Office before the closing date.

Closing date: Sunday 2nd October 2016.
