We're hiring: Teaching Programmes Administrator

Support the activities of 4 Institutes: Energy Institute, Institute for Sustainable Resources, Institute for Sustainable Heritage, and Institute of Environmental Design and Engineering.

The main purpose of each role is to provide specialist administration to designated teaching programmes, providing effective support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of taught postgraduate students throughout the duration of their programme, from enquiry to graduation. They will support a wide range of processes including timetabling, organising assessments and maintaining student and programme records, delivering an outstanding customer service to prospective students, academic staff, students and alumni.

Key Requirements

Our ideal candidates must have excellent IT, customer service, organisation and prioritisation skills and will demonstrate an aptitude for completing diverse complex procedural tasks in a busy administrative environment.

This is a busy role, in a fast-paced environment, and the post holder is expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information and have strong use of initiative. The role requires interaction with many people both internal and external to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø, therefore a professional attitude, willingness to help and ability to remain tactful and assertive are required in order to execute the duties outlined.
