Catherine Fitzgibbon is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²ÊÖÐÌØÍø Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Catherine Fitzgibbon is an independent policy consultant currently based in the UK with over 15 years living and working in Africa and Latin America. Catherine is a technical advisor with the World Bank supporting governments in Africa in developing their national social welfare programmes. During her career, she has co-created, implemented and evaluated dozens of development programmes working directly with poor communities. In her early career she also held several UK based posts in the fields of social housing, planning, regeneration and economic development where she worked with a range of public, private and voluntary sector organisations.
